At RILOVO, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy details below.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays: In case of high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there are significant delays in processing your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days
EU Shipping (Outside Denmark): 1-3 business days
International Shipping (Outside Denmark/EU): 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors such as customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and carrier availability.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:
Domestic: Denmark
International: We ship internationally to most countries, including but not limited to the EU, North America, Asia, and other regions.
However, please note that we do not ship to the following countries due to unreliable postal services or government restrictions: Afghanistan, Antarctica, Chad, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen
If your country is not available as a shipping destination during checkout, it is likely due to these restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours of shipping.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs and duties may apply depending on the destination country. RILOVO is not responsible for these charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. You will be responsible for any customs or import duties incurred once the package reaches your destination country.
6. Damages
RILOVO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
