RILOVO Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At RILOVO, we take pride in the quality of our gaming products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories and packaging intact. Please note that returns may be denied if these conditions are not met.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, game codes, firmware updates)
Opened or used gaming hardware (e.g., keyboards, mice, headsets, microphones) unless defective
Gift cards and vouchers for digital purchases
Custom-built or personalized hardware (e.g., customized gaming setups or accessories)

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the item to the manufacturer unless instructed by RILOVO customer support.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Gaming hardware with obvious signs of use
Products that are damaged or missing components, not due to RILOVO’s error
Any item returned after 30 days but within 60 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Check your payment account or bank again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same model, please contact us at support@rilovo.com and send your item to a physical address you will receive information about in your support ticket.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t sent to you directly, we will refund the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at support@rilovo.com to receive the physical address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
